Titans wrap up season with three wins

The varsity baseball team wrapped up their season on a nine-game winning streak, including three wins this week. Overall, the Titans finished 20-6 and 11-3 in the TRAC.

First, the Titans faced Whitmer and won 12-1. Caleb Biedenharn picked up his fifth win of the season, giving up two hits and one run while striking out five. Blake Williams led the Titans with a grand slam and five RBI's. Zach Businger had three hits, while Michael Fleck, Jared Telecky and Brandon Horman had two hits each.

SJJ then defeated Central Catholic, 9-4, with McCoy Butler '18 earning the win. He improved to 6-1 for the season with the win. Michael Fleck had three hits and two RBI's and Jared Telecky had two hits.

Michael Fleck then went the distance in the final game of the year, defeating Central Catholic 5-2. He gave up four hits and struck out five. Joey Sabol finished with two triples and two RBI's. Jared Telecky and Michael Fleck had two hits each.
