Titans Finish Second at Freshman Knight Classic

On Wednesday, April 30 the SJJ freshman track & field team finished second at the Freshman Knight Classic. Pete McIntyre finished first in the 110m hurdles (15.9) and second in the 300m hurdles (43.06), breaking the freshman school records in both races. The previous freshman records were held by Jake Bombrys '07 in the 110m hurdles and Denrick Milletti in the 300m hurdles.

The 4x400m relay team of Kyle Parker, Tycen Anderson, Levi Van Tassel and McIntyre finished first overall.

In the 3200m run, Cory Chovan took second place. The pole vault relay of Van Tassel and Dan Sasala finished second. Also finishing second was the 4x100m relay team of Van Tassel, McIntyre, Parker and Anthony Moore.

Moore also placed third in the 200m dash.
