The St. John's Jesuit Premier Super Smash Bros. team began its ESports Ohio (ESO) state playoff run on Wednesday, November 16 with a 4-1 win over Hilliard Bradley.

Lucas Dake,
EJ Zetocha and
Cario Rodela picked up wins to advance the team to the state semifinals.
On Saturday, the team defeated St. Mary's Memorial, 5-0, in the semifinals match. Wilson, Dake, Zetocha, Rodela and
Orion Gonzalez picked up wins to qualify the team for the title match.
The Titans wrapped up the weekend defeating Shaker Heights, 4-1, to win the ESO State Championship! Wilson, Dake, Zetocha and Gonzalez claimed wins for the Titans. The win completed an undefeated season (12-0) for the Titans and secured the state championship!
Earlier in the week, the Reserve Super Smash Bros team defeated Akron STEM, 5-0, to claim the JV State Championship! Winning for the Titans were

Daniel Schuman,
Calvin Siefke and
Bresdon Lacure. The team finished the season with an overall record of 8-1.
