Strong goaltending leads Titans throughout weekend

The St. John's Jesuit hockey team kicked off a busy weekend with a 1-1 overtime tie vs. Sylvania Northview on December 9. Senior Justy VonLehmden scored the Titans goal, with fellow senior Zachery Lojewski providing superb play in net. A recap can be read here, courtesy of The Blade.

On Saturday, the Titans hosted Archbishop Moeller and played to a 1-1 tie. Goalie Curtis Belli recorded a strong performance in net.

The Titans then closed out the weekend with a 4-0 win over Bedford on Sunday. Belli recorded another shutout on the season and sophomore Bracken Buck scored his first varsity goal.

Additionally, the JV Titans improved to 9-2 overall with wins over Clay (6-2), Sylvania Northview (5-3) and Archbishop Moeller (5-1). 

Next, the Titans will travel to OBM Arena for the Padua Holiday Tournament.
