Starting July 10, 2023, Elite Athletes Only (EAO) began overseeing the St. John's Jesuit Strength and Conditioning training for all Titan athletic teams. EAO Sports owner Dan Jones is considered one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the nation. Director of Athletics, Bob Ronai, said, "It's easy from watching the Toledo Walleye compete this season that Dan Jones and partner Marcia Pisanti had a major impact on the physicalness and development of the Walleye players. Dan and Marcia, along with Holden Tincher, bring the knowledge and experience that can elevate all of our athletic programs."
Dan is the founder of EAO Sports and has developed and currently trains numerous D1 and other NCAA athletes as well as professional athletes in the NFL, MLB and NHL. He has developed 12 national champions, four world champions, U.S Olympians an elite athletes that compete all over the world.
He is also the current director of strength and human performance for the ECHL Toledo Walleye and is on the development staff for the NHL Detroit Red Wings. He will enter his 10th year this fall overseeing 100% of the Toledo Walleye off ice performance to include prehab, mental training and sports performance nutrition. He manages the entry level signs for the Detroit Red Wings to include both their draft picks and free agents. He also participates in the Detroit Red Wings development and main camps every year.
EAO Sports is highly recognized for not only enhancing the athletes physical performance in sport but also helping young athletes and people prepare for the biggest game of all, the game of life.
Marcia is the general manager of EAO Sports and also on staff with Dan with the Toledo Walleye and Detroit Red Wings. She has played a key role in the huge success of the EAO brand and the documented success of the Toledo Walleye since EAO took it over in 2014. Both Dan and Marcia are champion bodybuilders/physique competitors. Both have won multiple shows over the years. They live and breathe elite performance and helping athletes excel in sport and in life.
