2025-26 Freshman Basketball Tryout Information:

• Saturday, November 1 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. 
• Monday, November 3 from 4:15 - 6 p.m.

Only those trying out and the SJJ coaching staff will be allowed in the gym during tryouts. 

Reversible jerseys are encouraged. If you do not have a reversible jersey, please bring a dark and light shirt.

2025-26 Academy Basketball Tryout Information:

• 8th Grade: Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 from 6 - 7:30 p.m. in the Dome Gym
• 7th Grade: Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the Aux. Gym
• 6th Grade: Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 from 5 - 6 p.m. in the Dome Gym

Only those trying out and the SJJ coaching staff will be allowed in the gyms during tryouts. 

Each class will have a limit of two teams per grade, and team sizes may vary. This does mean that some students may not make a team for the winter season. 

As a reminder, all FinalForms must be completed and signed by both parent and student, and an up-to-date physical must be on file. Physicals can be uploaded directly to your FinalForms account.
