Friday, December 12 served as Senior Night and the St. John's Jesuit Titans defeated Ottawa Hills, 116 - 41, and Central Catholic, 132 - 18.
Overall, the Titans won ten out of 12 events, including:
- 200 Medley Relay (Greyson Fielding, Sam Blanchong, Jacob Bassler, Milo Ligman)
- 200 Freestyle Relay (Braylen Ellis, Jonathan Mahoney, Everett Motzel, Colin Thornton)
- 400 Freestyle Relay (Greyson Fielding, Milo Ligman, Sam Blanchong, Jacob Bassler)
- Greyson Fielding - 200 Freestyle
- Jacob Bassler - 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly
- Sam Blanchong - 100 Breaststroke
- Devin Switzenberg - 1 meter Diving
- Sam Blanchong and Milo Ligman - 50 Freestyle (1st and 2nd place)
- Greyson Fielding, Wyatt Yates, and Colin Thornton - 500 Freestyle (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place)
The Titans then fell short to the Northview Wildcats, 101 - 76, on Saturday. The 200 Medley relay of
Greyson Fielding,
Sam Blanchong,
Jacob Bassler, and
Milo Ligman placed first. Bassler then won both the 200 IM and 100 Butterfly.
Sam Blanchong,
Braylen Ellis, and
Wyatt Yates took first, second, and third in the 100 Breaststroke.
Ahmad Safi and
Ethan Fidler also provided great contributions.
SJJ will now travel to Cleveland to compete at Cleveland State University in the Viking Invitational on Saturday, December 20.
