Pete Fox '96

Coach Pete Fox led the Titans as Head Coach for three years, recently retiring in 2019. He is a 1996 graduate of SJJ, in which he was a member of the rowing team throughout his high school years and was named a captain of the rowing team his senior year. 

During the 2017-18 season, Coach Fox led the Junior 4 to a third place finish at the Scholastic Rowing Association of America (SRAA) National Championship. 

In 2016, he coached the Titans in the 52nd Annual Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston (Mens Youth 4) and the SRAA National Championships in New Jersey (Lightweight 8), with the Lightweight 8 finishing as the 16th fastest in the country.

Shortly after graduating from SJJ, he started coaching in Toledo at Notre Dame Academy where his teams spent several years winning regional championships, team championships and competing at the SRAA National Championships. His coaching success continued at the University of Florida and most recently with St. Ursula Academy in Toledo.

Coach Fox will continue to work with the Crew program, overseeing operations.
