St. John's Jesuit

Coach Schoonmaker joined the track distance staff in 2012 and is entering his sixth year coaching cross country at SJJ. While at St. John's, he ran cross country and track, while earning numerous varsity letters. He also ran a 1:58.00 in the 800m as a senior.
 
Coach Schoonmaker is a tremendous addition to the distance staff at SJJ. The runners have commented how much they enjoyed his coaching and positive encouragement. He is also a 2009 graduate of John Carroll University.
