Dr. Kris Brickman graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 1983 and completed his residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in 1988. In 1989, he developed Northwest Ohio Emergency Services. Dr. Brickman is the CEO and employs physicians providing Emergency Department staffing at three surrounding hospitals in Northwest Ohio.
He is also the founder and director of the Office of Global Health at the University of Toledo. Since 1992, he has served as Medical Director of the Emergency Department at the University of Toledo. To date, he has had 20+ publications on many areas, including Sports Injuries.
Since 1985, he has been with St. John’s as the team doctor for all sports programs. In 2006, he received the Ohio Outstanding Team Physician Award from the Ohio State Medical Board. Son Cameron is a 2012 graduate of St. John's Jesuit.
