Titans place third at NWOAC Relays

On Saturday, December 7, the SJJ Titans traveled to Sandusky Perkins High School to compete at the NWOAC Relays where they placed third out of 12 teams. The freshman duo of Devin Switzenberg and Ben Ewing placed second in 1-Meter Diving. The 300 IM Relay of Emery Strauss, Carson Caldwell, and Jacob Bassler placed first overall, as did the 300 Butterfly Relay of Joel Hernandez, Sam Blanchong, Jacob Bassler, and Alex Miller

The night prior, the Titans came up short at Findlay, 103-76. Hernandez and Jacob Bassler led the Titans, with Hernandez placing first in the 200 and 500 Freestyle, and Bassler placing first in the 100 Butterfly and the 100 Breaststroke.  The 200 Freestyle Relay of Bassler, Blanchong, Miller, and Caldwell also placed first overall with a time of 1:40.93.  

Next, the Titans will travel to Oak Harbor on Tuesday, December 10.
