On Thursday, April 3, the St. John's Jesuit lacrosse team traveled to Sylvania Southview and came away with an impressive 13-1 victory. The Titan defense led the way as they only allowed three shots on goal.
Senior Mason Bowers set the school record for caused turnovers in a game with nine, breaking a record he previously shared with Sam Rodgers '18, Tyler Meader '23, and Abe Townley '23 with six. The Titans were led in scoring by Cameron Weinberg (3 goals, 2 assists) and Drew Duesing (2 goals, 3 assists) who each had five points on the day. Alexander Speer also added three goals and led the team with eight ground balls. Tyler Zetocha also recorded a big day at the faceoff circle, going 9 for 11.
Next, the Titans will travel to St. Edward on Saturday, April 5.
